As homeowners ourselves, we understand that your home is your "Castle" and one of your most prized possesions so whether you are building a new home or remodeling your existing home, we know you want it to be done at a reasonable price, in a timely manner, and done right the first time. Our goal is to meet those needs by giving our customers the same quality we demand for our own homes.
We do not claim to be the cheapest builder, nor the fastest, because we do not want to compromise the quality of your new home. Every building project we do is different and treated with individual attention because we are not a large volume builder. Building 15-20 projects per year allows us to be big enough to build a quality home at a reasonable price and small enough to complete your home in a timely manner.
We will take time to educate you about the quality products we used and of the building process so you have a better understanding of what we do. Problems rarely occur, but should one arise, we make every effort to correct it. By building your home with the same quality and care that we put into our own homes, you will feel at home and proud of your "Castle".

Dave takes the time to meet with every customer and build a friendly, working relationship with them. Most days, he will be found at the jobsite, actually working at each building project. His hands-on approach guarantees the quality workmanship he expects in every home. Dave has been building and remodeling homes in Berks and surrounding counties for over 17 years and has become a leader in quality craftsmanship.
Kevin Batdorf, New Homes Sales Consultant
Kevin will ensure that building your new home will be a pleasurable experience by assisting you in finding a lot, developing and customizing a plan, and guiding you through the construction phases. You will benefit greatly from Kevin's 20+ years of experience in new construction.
Penny Himmelberger, Office Manager
Penny's favorite task is guiding people through the many selections of exterior and interior colors, as well as flooring and lighting for their new homes. She coordinates delivery of materials, schedules work to be completed and orders some of the building materials as well as manages the financial information and keeps the office running smoothly.
